Veggie Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 asparagus spears, trimmed and cut
  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 oz bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook the asparagus, broccoli, green onion for 6-8mins.
  2. Stir in the bacon and onion powder.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and scramble.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the scramble.
  6. Serve while hot.
