KETOSMASH CHILI

Serves 2

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 med yellow onion, chopped
1 c tomato sauce (no sugar/no salt)
Taco Seasoning (DIY: cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper)
Shredded cheese for garnish.

Saute meat, leave fat in the pan and add bell peppers and onion until soft. Add tomato sauce (and water, if needed) and seasoning. Cover and simmer on lowest heat until ready to serve. Top with any shredded cheese you have on hand.
