KETOSMASH STUFFED TOMATO

Medium sized tomato
8 oz. canned tuna, drained
Mayo
1 stalk of celery, chopped
Shredded lettuce of your choice (iceberg, romaine, spinach)
Dill, chopped
S&P TT

Slice top off tomato and scoop out tomato flesh. Store in fridge for another use.
Combine tuna, mayo, celery, dill, and S&P. Layer lettuce on the bottom and scoop a bit of tuna mix on top. Continue to layer lettuce and tuna mix until filled. Top with sprig of dill and serve.
