KETOSMASH TACOS w/CHEESY SHELLS

Makes 2 servings
Seasoned Ground Beef Mixture
2 lbs ground beef
1 whole avocado diced
1/2 whole onion diced
1 whole jalapeno sliced (or jarred)
1 sprig cilantro chopped
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
Taco Shell
2 cups taco blend shredded cheese 1/4 c per shell
1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry ground beef until almost cooked through. Add onions and taco seasoning. Drain.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place 1/4c of Mexican cheese blend onto wax paper and spread into a circle. Sprinkle taco seasoning on each one and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven when edges are crispy and brown. Carefully place over the rim of a bowl to create a shell shape and allow to cool and harden.
Dress your tacos with whatever you like. Hot sauce and salsa are great flavor enhancers as long as they are low/no sugar added.
