KETOSMASH TUSCAN GARLIC SHRIMP

Serves 1 or 2
1 lb raw peeled raw shrimp
2 T olive oil
1 c heavy whipping cream
½ c grated parmesan cheese
1 c chopped spinach
2 cloves minced garlic
1 t Italian seasoning
Red pepper flakes for garnish

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and cook until just browned. Add shrimp and saute. Remove shrimp and set aside on a plate. Lower heat and add heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese and whisk until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened. Add the spinach and Italian seasoning. Pour into a large bowl and add shrimp on top. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
