1 lb ground pork
4 to 6 Romaine or Butter Lettuce leaves
½ yellow onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves of garlic
Sesame oil (spicy if you can find it or season with red pepper flakes)
Soy sauce or Sriracha as desired
Saute onions and peppers in oil until lightly browned and tender. Add crumbled pork, garlic, and sesame oil and cook through.
Scoop mixture into lettuce leaves and drizzle with soy sauce or Sriracha.
