When I think Superbowl, I think chicken wings, seven layer and buffalo chicken dips, vegetable and meat trays and fried foods galore. Here is your Superbowl keto party menu to please even your non keto family and friends:

Bring out your dress clothes and don your bowties and pearls, we are having a dinner party! Dinner parties tend to require a lot of preparation and food timing so having some items easily made the night prior can save time and stress later on. Keep the menu simple and stick to classics; steaks, seafood and wine. Here are some sample ideas to get your creative juices flowing and give you a step up on your planning.


Charcuterie board – smoked sausage, kielbasa, ham, salami, mortadella, olives, pickles, pickled onions, nuts, brie, gouda, goat cheese drizzled with a sugar free maple syrup, apples, grapes and camembert cheese are just some simple ideas to get your board looking as if it were professionally put together. Some of these items, such as the apples and grapes, may not be keto friendly but will be a nice addition for non keto guests.
