- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 asparagus spears, trimmed and cut
- 1/4 cup broccoli
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 oz bacon, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook the asparagus, broccoli, green onion for 6-8mins.
- Stir in the bacon and onion powder.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and scramble.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the scramble.
- Serve while hot.
